The Policy Committee supported four SMART SCALE Round 7 preliminary applications submitted by TCAMPO: (1) #13899 – S. Crater Road at Crater Circle and Wagner Road (with sidewalks), (2) #13913 – Wagner Road at Normandy Drive (US-301 Corridor), (3) #13914 – US-460: Wagner Road to I-295, and (4) #13915 – Washington/Wythe Conversion to Two-Way and SPUI at I-95.
